About Me
Hi, my name is Robyn. I have 8+ years of experience in the renewable energy industry and 11+ years of experience in construction and construction management. I began my career in industrial construction and then transitioned to Oil & Gas for a few years post-undergrad. I was a non-traditional student and finished my bachelor’s at the age of 30. I currently work for a finance company in the home improvement and solar industry. My experience in renewables has spanned many different fields of expertise: counterparty risk, finance, business development, account management, sales management, sales operations, operations, process design, and new market entry experience. One of my core strengths is the ability to build strong relationships by being a subject matter expert and take a consultative approach to problem-solving. I believe in empowering others to build a strong team and culture of success.
I have served as a mentor for years and during my time at Rice University, won the Mentor of the Year’ award in 2017. I have attended numerous leadership programs and truly enjoy helping others. I can help you with: Personal Growth, Salary + negotiation, Career growth strategy, Navigating office politics, Public speaking, Leadership + Management, & Career Transitions.
When I am not working, I love to travel, explore new restaurants and cuisine, meet new people, golf, read, indoor and outdoor cycle, garden, and volunteer.
