About Me
What would happen if you started owning every room you’re in? If you carried an unmistakable presence that elicits the kind of authority, money, influence, and opportunity you know you’re worth?
Let’s make your reality better than your dreams.
Hi, I’m Pooja Dang. For over a decade, I’ve helped hundreds of women do what you’re trying to do: perform at their highest potential. I’m the powerhouse behind the rise of more than 500 female leaders (and counting!) into more money, more recognition, and more influence.
I’ve been on the executive track at a top company, so this is a corporate ecosystem I know like the back of my hand. And I’m at my best when I’m working with professional women to help them get past their barriers and cultural conditioning to achieve their goals. As an Indian woman born and raised in East Africa, I bring a global perspective to my work. I understand what it means to be one of the only women in the room, to be underrepresented, to feel like an outsider, and how incredible it feels to break through barriers, overcome obstacles, and climb that wall. That’s what I’m here to help you do.
With proven scientific strategies, transformative behavior tools, and a no-bullshit approach, my mission is to see more women living confidently at the top of their game.
Welcome to the Next Level.

What Clients Are Saying
“Pooja embodies everything you hope for in a coach- supportive, encouraging, smart, and inspiring. Her no-BS style is refreshing yet she is one of the easiest people to talk to. Our sessions have been some of the most enlightening and productive conversations I’ve ever had, and they have been instrumental in helping me navigate this transition period of my career. I cannot recommend her enough!”
– Mayra Quirez – marketing and advertising
“I was looking for a coach to help build my networking skills as well as my confidence as a leader. Right from the start, I knew I had found the right coach for me. Pooja took the time to really listen to my concerns and learn about me and my background. She was able to skillfully pinpoint the exact reasons why I was struggling. It turns out I was sabotaging myself. My values and beliefs didn’t line up with how I thought I needed to show up at work. She was intuitive enough to identify this hidden gap which was now clear and obvious to me. Since I’ve been working with her, I’ve taken consistent action about being vocal about my opinions and perspectives and I push back when needed. I’ve even signed up to speak at our next company event (in front of 100+ people)! The best part of our coaching is that she breaks everything down into actionable steps so making a change is immediate. Thank you, Pooja!”

“I had the pleasure of working with Pooja recently and it was the best investment I made in myself. Pooja gives honest, tangible feedback with strategic steps to back it up. The fact that she is personable, passionate, and humorous is just icing on the cake. After a couple of sessions with her, I am ready to conquer 2018 personally and professionally. While I have always attempted to start each year with a “new year, new me” mentality, thanks to Pooja I now have the framework to make “new year, better me” happen.”
