Meet the Founder
Richa Bansal is a seasoned professional with a decade of experience in strategy, operations, engineering, supply chain, and management. Being one of the only women in the room for most of her career in the Energy and Tech industries, she has seen first-hand the struggles of young professional women as they navigate the corporate ladder. Richa founded Pinkcareers to help female professionals with career development through high-touch point, one-on-one, and group coaching.
Richa holds a Bachelors from IIT Delhi, India, a Masters from Purdue University, USA, and an MBA from Rice University, USA. When she is not working on Pinkcareers, she loves to travel the world with her husband and two little boys.
